Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge on a situational basis, please call (907)347-5564 with questions or to initiate a return.  

All sales are final on secondhand items.

Returns/refunds for consignment items are at the discretion of the owner. 

Ultimately we want YOU, the customer, to be happy. If there is an issue with your purchase please reach out to us and we will do what we can to make it right.
