The kuspuk is a hooded over shirt originally designed by Alaskan Natives. It`s style various across the state and reflects the many unique cultures present in Alaska. Traditionally, kuspuks are made by measuring and tearing fabric and are adorned with trims and ric rac.
This pattern was inspired by a kuspuk, but was designed by me to include a crossover hood, a fuller skirt, and raglan sleeves.
